Tzippora
Add an H if you want. One P looks funny.

I like it with Tz instead of Z. Most Anglos won't get the subtle difference, but it sounds better when you say it correctly.
Tzippy is nicer than Zippy, don't you think?

I would spell it with a TZ instead of just Z unless you want people to pronounce it like "zipper".
Anglos don't have an inherent problem with TZ (unlike chet). Just tell them it's like the tz in saying "fat zebra" really fast. I've taught a few anglos to say it that way, all succesful.

We spell it Tziporah. I also see it without the h. Two ps seems to be less common from what I see.

My relative who was born in Poland spelled it Cipora/cipi if you want something different. But Tzippora(h) is most common.

I have two nieces with that name. One spells it Tziporah, the other Tzipora. I prefer with the H (which is also how my two friends named Tziporah spell it). Very much not a fan of two ps.

I have only seen Tziporah or Tzipora. I usually see with the H
I have never seen with two p’s and don’t really like that as much, if you want my opinion

I would vote for the Tz, the double P or H may be dependent on the second name. Most girls names end in tha a/ah sound. I would do one with an A and the other with an AH so they are less redundant seeming. The length of the second name would possibly impact the use of the second P.
Tzippora Leah
Tziporah Bracha

If you want to get technical, translating it from Hebrew would mean an H at the end (instead of the Heh) and two P's (because it's a Daggesh Chazak in the Peh). Tz instead of the Tzadi.....
So that would be Tzipporah
