I tried putting her to sleep before she gets overtired, but it’s still not helping. I’m going off my mind. She needs 5 naps a day (because she only naps for 40 minutes at a times), which means crazy 5 times a day. HELP!

Forget the schedule, nurse and nap as she demands.

Sounds like the 4 month old sleep regression . It will pass. Look it up.

Her sleep is consistently regressing for the past few weeks. I’m it very strict about her schedule, but even when she is clearly tired and rubbing her eyes, she still can’t fall asleep

I thought that was normal for that age.
If you pushed her around in stroller would be fall asleep?

She’s overtired. Are you putting her to sleep well before the 2 hour wake time?

After 1h awake, start putting to bed. When you see she's overtired do whatever it takes (rock, nurse a drop) to get her to sleep. Sleep is more critical and important than any schedule.

She used to. Lately she can’t fall asleep anywhere but her crib. She also used to get drowsy when I held her and squatted, but that’s not working anymore either
