What do your boys do on fast days? Looking for ideas and I see a lot about art and stickers and baking. What do you do with your boys that does not involve screen time? Ages 5-10

Baking is definitely a good idea (but can get a little messy). Make up a plain dough and chocolate dough and let them roll and cut with cutters and decorate with choc chips etc.
Print off some shiva asar b’tamuz/tisha b’av pictures for them to colour.
Get them to build a Beis hamikdash out of Lego/kapla/ magma tiles or blocks

Are they into Legos that you can buy each one a new set to build?
Or some sort of craft project/ build?
Are they the types that you can hand a script from chinuch.org and they'll put on a play?

Diamond art - minis or big
Paint by number
Wood kits - like build car and paint
Have contest with judging - like build tower, car garage
Bake something - muffins, sugar cookies
Read a book about the fast - genendel Kohn has a good one
