My kids made a scratch on the stainless steel once while dragging a magnet….

Also have mine over 5 yrs.
I love it
I bought mine at a scratch and dent with warranty.
I paid $1800 for both
Do not leave it on Sabbath mode ALL THE TIME, switch it every so often
I only had 1 problem as soon as I bought it and they came out to fix it right away.
The light in the freezer would not shut off even when the door closed, even on Shabbat mode.
The heat from the light bulbs wouldn’t let my food completely freeze. They replaced the computer board and I never had a problem again

I have it and I’m very happy with its function. It does scratch easily. Don’t put magnets and stuff on it. It’s much easier to keep clean then the Electrolux which is why I went with it .

My freezer is on shabbos mode all the time. What’s the problem?

Mine broke less than 2 yrs later after I bought it. Repairman told me to never buy frigidaire again. He has the most repairs on them.

It started accumulating water on the bottom
I took off the Shabbat mode and only turn it on before Shabbat
Fixed the problem

My freezer is stuck in shabbos mode, anyone have that issue? I’ve had it with fridge part too but usually after a bunch of trying to comes out. This time freezer won’t come out of shabbos mode.
