I had Covid a few months ago. I had some symptoms, but it wasn't severe.
But I feel like ever since I recovered it is much harder for me to concentrate, especially on intellectual or complex tasks.
Has anyone experienced this? Did anything help?
Or is there no connection and I should look for some other explanation?

There are clinics that opened to deal with long Covid, and yes, brain fog or other neurological impairments are part of that package for some people.

I have read that for some people, vaccination helps clear up lingering symptoms, but I don't know if the studies have been done on that particular symptom.

Yes, I had that too, and I've heard it's an effect of Covid. Time is what helped me...

I saw a study that claimed that people who have serious symptoms lose an average of eight IQ points.

Here's a protocol developed by some doctors for treating long covid. They include a specific recommendation for poor concentration.
