I was told all allergens can be introduced right away. The only things to wait until a year are honey (some say better until 2 years) and cows milk (not dairy, only actual milk). Best is to ask your doctor what foods to give and what to avoid.

thank you.
I gave my baby mushed apples tonight she loved it.
is it normal she kind of has a tongue thrust and just sticks out her tongue to suck it?

That's still normal for this age.
The most current recommendations say that a baby who still has their tongue thrust reflex is not ready for solids.

wow ok good to know
her doctor wanted me to start her on blended chicken soup @4 mo but I pushed it till now
but she gobbles the food when I give it to her and yells when im not fast enough loading up the spoon again!
