Yes, that's what I mean.
I was given a FP Velcro head strap with them and I can't figure out how to use it. It seems that to attach it, you have to remove the temples (I used this diagram to find the names of the parts) and attach the strap at the hinges, but then there doesn't seem to be a way to reconnect the temples. It's like you have a choice of either the strap or the temples, but the strap is not sufficient to keep them in place so it doesn't make sense to me.
Other brands have straps that attach to holes at the end of the temple behind the ear--and the FP glasses do have holes there too so a strap of a different brand can be attached, but the actual FP strap can't be attached there, only at the hinges, which leave the glasses without the temples.
Is my question clear?
