I'm smiling thinking of some little girl somewhere getting her dream come true.
No idea but maybe bumping will help.

We use some shelves on a bookcase. The dolls sit and the small things are in containers next to it.

It can be outside on a shelf, but you need to brush out the hair regularly.
Once in 2-4 weeks or so.
Otherwise the hair gets ruined.

Years ago we got our now teenage daughter a doll closet for 18" dolls. It was not AG or any specific brand name - I am pretty sure we got it at Target. It's a nice size standalone wardrobe and all the clothing/accessories fit neatly inside, with doors that close. The best part was that the top is flat so the doll "lived" on top and everything was in one corner of her room.
