I do lettuce at bottom.. shredded purple cabbage... shredded carrots avocado cucumbers.. sushi rice shredded kani... topped with spicy mayo and the sweet brown sauce store bought

Chop in celery, sweet Vidalia onion, spicy mayo or mayo mixed with hot sauce and sesame oil, sprinkle on top sesame seeds, dried onion flake, dried garlic flakes, Italian seasoning...

I'm looking for original salad with shreds of Kani and similar sized julienned cucumber with a mayo seasoning and sesame seeds.

Anything you would eat in a sushi roll add to the salad
Base:
Julienned cucumbers and carrot
Avocado
Kani
Add ons:
Sushi rice if you like that
You can add mango for sweetness
Tempura crunch
Lettuce
Fried or baked pieces salmon or tuna
Jalepeno peppers
Fried onions
sweet potato cubes
