Please please be aware that there are doonas being sold on random websites because of the shortage, and there are many scams. If its too good to be true it probably is.

I think with the doona you can switch out the canopy why not just buy the weird colors that are in stock and switch it out for a more normal canopy?

If you really mean "anywhere", then you can try to Shilav in Israel. I bought one there recently.

If you don't, you might want to consider adding "anywhere within driving distance of Lakewood or Boro Park", since the world actually does consist of more than those two places.
