I don't think cookbook authors particularly appreciate when their recipes are posted online. I'm not sure, but isn't their income from actually getting books sold?
On the other hand, maybe if someone tries this recipe and likes it they'd be more compelled to buy.

Is it from her IG or her book? If it's from the book, really no one should post it here without permission. But I bet you could google a similar recipe.

When she posts a recipe I like, I click on the save tab.
When I go to saved posts I see all recipes there.
I am not sure which recipe you are referring to though.
