I know it sounds funny, but is there a way I can make/serve sandwich steak other than in a sandwich?
Thanks!

I buy it specifically for Korean beef and stir fry.

You can use it for beef jerky.

Sounds yum, which recipe do you use?

I don’t measure.
Cut it small.
Stick in a bowl to marinate with soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic, ginger, sesame oil, and red pepper flakes.
Cook in a fry pan
Add scallions and sesame seeds.
Serve with rice and broccoli
Stir fry-Mr. Yoshida from Costco (much cheaper than anything else) and assorted veggies. Stir fry.

Thank you!
I ended up making the Crispy Beef with rice from BY Cookbook 2 and it was really yummy!
