She likes hand creams and gels. She is very creative and likes everything to be beautifully presented when she has guests. She works and is a very busy housewife so maybe I'm thinking something that would save her time.

If she likes hand creams and gels. Look at bed bath and body works for a nice gift basket of lotions in her favorite scent.
If you want to save her time... What type of gadgets does she have? Can you get accessories for something she has.. like sprializer attachment for a kitchen aid?
