I was browsing old posts and a few women mentioned they took injections and lost 35 pounds in 50 days and another 15 lbs in I forgot how many days.
How does HCG injection help you lose weight?
Are there any side effects?
If you did this, did you gain the weight back if you were careful with eating health afterwards?
One woman mentioned she went to a center paid a lot of money for blood tests and the injections but for the following round, she asked her dr for a prescription.
What's the cheapest way to do this?

I've done this diet with the spray (TrimYou) and have done it several times (between pregnancies) and it works just as well, no doctor's visit and it's like $79 for the bottle for one round. I usually get it through Amazon, but you can get it on their website as well.

I know someone who did it with the spray or drops, but as soon as she went off it she gained all the weight. I would like to know if there's anyone else that has done injections or sprays.

Are you sure you don't mean HTC?

HCG is pregnancy - HTC is a diet

I did HGC shots. It was a great way to loose weight, though there is very little food allowed. But you aren't hungry. It does reset you weight set point. If you stick to eating in a careful manner after the weight will stay off. If you revert to your original way of eating then of course it won't.

The side effects that I found out about after doing is that HCG can awaken dormant cancer. The diet does not cause cancer however if someone has dormant cancer or has had cancer in the past the HCG could trigger it.

I really wanted to to do it again but after learning this was hesitant to do so.

Right, because HCG is a growth hormone, it would trigger certain types of dormant cells.

I did the HCG injections and lost 60 pounds. I kept it off successfully for 10 years. I only started gaining it back because, well, I'm 10 years older now, and I'm on different medication that affects my metabolism.

I've considered going back on the injections, but I really don't think I could handle the food plan at this time in my life. I'm not emotionally ready to make that kind of commitment.

I lost 35 lbs in 50 days
And then another 18 in 50 days
Kept it off for about 3 yrs
Then life happens and started going back to my old habits, binge eating, stress eating, emotional eating, gained back 50 lbs, but I stilllook better than I originally did
It really changes your body
I’m thinking of doing it again

Lotus, HCG.
Rainbow, and FF can you run through a typical day of what you're allowed to eat and restrictions? Also how often did you get injections, was it in your stomach?

I injected myself daily
First 2 days are binge days
You must eat, eat, eat and then eat some more
The more the better
Then you start your 500 calorie days around
Typical day menu
Breakfast
1 small apple for breakfast or a handful of strawberries
Lunch
3.5 oz measured raw of white fish or white chicken
Handful of allowed veg, NO OIL
Snack
Small apple or strawberries
Dinner
3.5 oz measured raw of fish or chicken
Handful of allowed veggie

You were allowed 1 melba toast at each meal, but I didn’t have any
You can subtract anything
You can’t add anything
This meal plan included Shabbos

Hacks
At least 100 water daily
Hot apple cider vinegar drink, ACV stevia hot water, before bed
You do get constipated so drink some smooth move tea if that happens
It’s only 50 days so push through
The scale is very motivating when you see it drop so quickly

I felt great after the first few days. But that is the same with any diet.

Also had the constipation issues.

The food gets very monotonous. I ate sea bass almost every day at the end I couldn't bear to look at it.
