I have rolls from shalosh seudos for whoever wants.

I also baked muffins and cookies, to stock the freezer, but whoever wants can have.

BH we have leftover fish and beans and vegetables (cooked and raw)... also tuna salad and egg salad leftovers from shabbos. I hope everyone will be willing to accept the leftover menu because this fast was rough!

I prepared a lot.
At the end I was busy serving everyone before I sat down to my meal that the hot onion rolls were gone so I didn’t end up washing.
I had a large portion of eggs with sautéed vegetables and lots of melted cheese.
I had a piece of lukshen cheese kugel.
2 cups of water
1 cup of Powerade
Small piece of chocolate brownie

Planned on eating much more but everyone was almost done by the time I sat down. I’m very satisfied without the rolls, soup etc.
I think I usually overeat and feel pretty horrible afterwards. I’m tired now but I feel better than I usually do.

I take the easy way out. Salad from Shabbat (I don’t use dressing or lettuce, so the salad remains fresh for a long time), vegetarian soup from the freezer, salmon salad that I made on Friday, a whole-grain pilaf that I had in the fridge from last week, and fruit for dessert. We’re still in a state of mourning and even if we weren’t, I’m not about to start patchkering around making a fancy dinner after fasting all day.

Baruch HaShem I fast well. I find that cooking passes the time really fast. My kids baked. And I cooked it all. And nope. Had just my kids and a friend over. So now I have tons and tons of leftover. But everything was so yummy we don’t mind eating it for lunch for the rest of the week.
