I bought a cheap wig from China. Is it ok if I have my sheitel macher cut it even though she sells her own wigs? I've bought from her before but I just wanted a cheap fall and not have to spent so much

I don't wear wigs, but I can't imagine your SM would scorn a paying customer.

You can definitely ask her but you might be shocked by how much she charges. It will probably be more that what you payed for it to begin with.

You can ask but they charge a lot for cutting a wig they don’t sell you

My friend told me she got her wig cut at a not Jewish place 20 minutes out of the frum.community for appx $20(!!), when a sm charges btw 100-200
