Please tell me about the two Upper Crusts (are they same ownership btw?)
So from what I gather, one is more of a pizza shop and one is more of a nice milchig restaurant?
Which one is the one people rave about?
Please tell me about both- prices, food, taste, etc.

They are not owned by the same person. One in Todd plaza is a pizza shop. The other one is a sit down restaurant. If you're getting rave reviews it's probably the one in Shloimy's plaza. Not that the pizza one isn't delicious, you just dont rave about a slice of pizza.
The pizza prices is comparable to j2. The restaurant you will pay the gratuity which adds up. Similar to Otimos pricing.

2 different owners. Ones a pizza store and ones more a dairy cafe.
They are both YUM. The pizza store one has great pizza and a variety of cool pizza slices.
The cafe is also so yum! Huge portions and fresh foods ...and such good desserts

The upper crust is upscale. It’s the same as the upper crust in the five towns.

Actually, I only tried the one on Todd Plaza. And their food is out of this world! Yes,you can rave about a slice of pizza. And their other menu selections are also delish!
