She was married for many years and covered her hair properly so her real hair may not be in great shape anymore. Nowadays kallahs start off using the hairbands underneath but back in they day we all used clips snd they certainly do damage. If I ever uncovered my hair in public it would look awful after all these years.

Did anyone ever watch the Good Wife with Julliana MArgulies? She wore a wig the entire show..It was so obvious..really not a good one. She wore it because she has naturally very curly hair and it would kill her hair to straighten it all the time.

Why does it make a difference if she wears a wig or not.

Most of it is not her hair anyway, it’s all hair pieces and extensions…

It's a terrible wig! I thought it was ironic that she is so thrilled to be "free" yet she wears a sheitle lol. I saw a clip of her showing off her wardrobe and she tells the reporter how she had to be completely covered up only her face and hands could show. I think she is confusing her religions.

She is full of contradictions. She spoke about uncovering her hair when she left but also spoke about 'someone' (I didn't catch if it was herself or someone else) who the fear was stamped so deep from years that they would wear a wig eventhough it wasn't rational. She told that to Miriam to convince Miriam she can go to Monsey however she wants to dress and it's not a rational fear to be scared to be dressed non-tznius when she goes there.

It definitely looks like a wig, but in one episode she brushes her hair (wig) up with her fingers and it does look like her hair. So it’s probably extensions or something.

It looks like a big head of mid 1960's fluffy curls and bushy bangs that are NOT close to the head, done by the likes of Retfalvi in those days. Ouch.
