I will edit my post. I am in Israel.
I dont have any specific skills. I graduated uni almost 2 decades ago with a BA in psych and have worked various office jobs since then. I do not want to do that anymore. I want some meaning in a job/career.

If you'd consider a non clinical medical position, patient advocate might be a good fit.

Bikur Cholim, Ezer Mitzion.

Or find a job answering phone calls for a medical clinic or dental clinic. Where in Israel are you? You could look for Tikshoov, they have that kind of job. They give you a week or two in paid training.

Only thing is the pay is not great, to say the least. But if you don't need a degree, studying, etc. then it's not going to be great unless you are in sales and very very good at selling the product.

You could also find a job providing care for an elderly patient. Or ask revacha if they need someone to clean the homes of people who are ill.

Medical clown
Art therapist for cancer patients
Hypnotherapist for cancer patients

Some hospitals have a special art/meditation/yoga area for cancer patients and people give classes. Maybe you could give the classes.
