Where is the party?
In a home, I’ve seen it left on the kitchen stove.

In a home. Was contemplating leaving on the stove, but kitchen is far from dining room where party is. Don't think guests will realize to go in there. It isn't going to get eaten.

There are soup warmers that u can rent/buy and place on the buffet table. I once rented them but keep in mind some party planners or rental places will only rent it uf tje soup is bought with hechsher, not homemade.

You can put the soup in a crockpot on the buffet table (assuming there is an outlet nearby). It will keep it warm and more easily accessible.
