ISO Place for Litvish middle aged adults, or a nice mixed crowd (all levels of frumkeit is ok), to go for Shabbos, bring your own food, thats max. 3 hours driving from NYC?

Ideally Id love a place that always has frum people in the specific motel on Shabbos (for frum company).
Also preferably not longer than a 2 1/2- 3 hour drive from Brooklyn.
