I have heard of people getting a heter; however, to the extent that it is not a permanent tattoo, it can be a chatzitza.

I’ve heard the tattoo being bigger issue thenmikvah. The fact the only goes under the skin even if fades in 2-3 yrs was considered a tattoo. But maybe not d’araisa be not for avoda Zara. But still a problem.
So really matters who you ask.

I was told microshading is more likely to be allowed than microblading since it's less mm under the skin. Heter only given for microblading for those with medical need not having any eyebrows.
