My butcher sent this to me by mistake. I can't return it. How do I cook/fry/bake it?

It’s really good! I grill it in grill pan, a few minutes per side to get nice grill marks. My husband loves it!

Is it an adult food only or kids will like it? I have 2 packs of 4.

Do your kids eat regular pastrami? Some kids would definitely eat it, depends on the kid and what they are used to eating.

You can call the butcher and ask for instructions. Their usually very happy to assist.
