how long is it safe to keep home made mayonaise in the fridge on pesach.

ingredients are eggs, oil, salt, pepper, lemon. (We don't use processed except for single ingredients)

us too (why anon?) Actually, I make mine all year round, since I try to keep away from processed (both for kashrus as well as for health).

I've kept it for a week, for sure (in the fridge, of course).

Well, I've kept mine for the whole week of Pesach, and even if I forget to throw it out (because I need to pack the container away after Pesach) it still keeps for a while. But my fridge is VERY cold. I think the full week of Pesach shouldn't be a problem in the slightest.
