My yummy baby is BH home with me for the summer. He was on a very not good napping schedule at his babysitter until now, and I would love to do what I can (with Hashems help!) to get him on a good napping schedule so that he’s not so tired throughout the day. So far it’s been a little difficult. How do you teach a 9 month old who is used to not napping well how to actually go to sleep during the day (issue #1) and also stay asleep long enough to be rested (issue #2). Thanks in advance for any and all advice you can give!

He goes to sleep about 6:30/7:00 and wakes about 6 or 7 something usually. And thank you will definitely check out that book.

At this age 2-3 naps are ideal. The first should be 3 hours after wake time (let’s say 9am) Kris baby wakes at 10:30, next nap should be at 12:30. If baby wakes at 2, baby may need a catnap around 4 to hold over till bedtime.
