JDBY (the BY elementary) and YTT is from k-8. Kindergarten in Chicago is what they call the year before first grade. They also have a nursery program connected to the schools, (that is for the year before kindergarten). For younger ages than that there is private babysitting in people's houses.
For high school there is BY High School or Hanna Sacks for girls and a bunch of mesivtas for boys (Telshe, and Me'or are the bigger ones and there are a few newer smaller ones)

They are great schools. I am a very happy YTT parent! Feel free to PM with any more questions.

Thanks
So from what I get from the website, nursery is until age 4, and then is there also pre-1a AND kindergarten? What comes first? Thanks!

In these schools, pre-1A is for boys only, after nursery and before grade one and kindergarten is only for the girls of that ages.
