I am looking for a new Friday night main dish idea. No red meat (dh has high cholesterol) and no chicken on the bone (dh is picky lol)
Looking for something a little nicer than grilled chicken or shnitzel. Any ideas?

Can you do turkey meatballs? When I get bored of chicken I often make meatballs.
Moussaka and meat lasagna can also be made with ground turkey and are a nice change of pace.
For chicken both chicken piccatta with spaghetti and chicken marsala are really delicious.

This week I'm making Tuscan chicken, but it has olives and isn't to everyone's taste.
Some weeks I make chicken tagine or chicken satay, which are both made from chicken cutlets cut into pieces. Other weeks I'll make chicken cacciatore or country captain chicken. Some weeks I'll just make a quick sauce and cook the cutlets in that. There are so many ways to cook cutlets!
