My hamburgers always come out very dry on the bbq grill, so frustrating.
I dont add any other ingredients.
Does it have anything to do with the kind of ground beef I am buying at Rami Levy Supermarket?
How do you make juicy burgers on the grill?

Finely grind an onion. Add an egg. Season with salt and pepper. Add a dash of Worcestershire sauce (make sure it's fish-free.) Mix really well, and keep in the fridge for a few hours until the fat in the burger is completely cold. It's much easier to make patties when it's cold, and the insides will stay juicy and medium well, instead of completely well done.
It makes all the difference in the world!
I've found that hamburger here is not as fatty as American. No idea why. The only other option is to buy high end meat, and then have the butcher grind it for you, with a extra fat put in. Delicious, but quite expensive. You might as well just grill some steaks.
