Mikvaot in Lakewood??

Hello,
I am the amother who posted awhile ago about being MO and maybe moving to the Lakewood area. Things with my husband's job prospect are progressing, but I am a bit freaked out what people told me here about Lakewood and being modern. Like, what about the mikvaot? Will people judge me? Will they refuse to let me go in because I don't cover my hair?

when u say u dont cover your hair, are u refering to when u walk the streets or when u make the brochoh? if you dont cover your hair in general, I dont think u will be too happy in lkwd. if its the latter, at the mikvah, there are plenty of women who don't.

If you don't ever cover your hair I really don't think that you should move to Lakewood. You really will not be happy here. Maybe look into Edison or Deal.

I dont actually live in Lakewood but I know a lot about the community. is there another jewish comminity you could move to close to your husbands work? I just do not think you will feel comfortable in Lakewood if you do not cover your hair.
