I’m not sure what should I use parve dishes for. The only thing I can think about is if I make pasta to use for cheese sauce and meatballs. I only have fleshing dishwasher so I want to minimize the parve dishes.

I have quite a collection of parve stuff: cutting boards, peelers, spiralizer, pots (big for soup, small for sauces), measuring cups, spoons, mixing bowls, mixer, cookie sheets, muffin tins, Dutch oven, spatulas, wooden spoons, grater (though I do want to get a food processor), containers for soups and baked goods.....

Basically supplies for all baking, bread/challah, soups and some sauces.

One less than I had this morning. Sad

I had a parev strainer used mostly for pasta, and this morning without thinking I tipped a pot of ravioli into it.

Mostly baking equipment and a few serving dishes and salad bowls.

One pot, one knife, cutting board and one large spoon.

I make my grains and soups parve.
If I had a pareve oven I'd bake pareve too but I don't.
