Ok I guess I have the strangest palette of all
I put both salt and sweetener into my coffee.
It makes it taste buttery. But you need to put just the right amount

Dd likes peanut butter and cream cheese on a bagel. I tried it once it’s really good.

Strangest combo is one I only saw in Israel.
Potato kugel served with a pickle.
I know it’s an Israeli thing, but the rebbetzin would not serve me a piece of kugel until one of her kids came back with the pickles (thursday Night)

Peanut butter onion sandwich
Best sandwich: cream cheese, sliced cheese, tuna egg salad, pickels, lettuce, tomato, onion, potato chips and bam!

You sound like me but I add strawberry jam at the bottom it will elevate the sandwich enjoy

In high school I would make myself a tuna sandwich with ketchup on the bread and a Hershey bar stuck in the middle.
Can't imagine eating it now, but then it was delicious.

I don't think ever seen potato kugel with a pickle. Yerushalmi kugel, however, must be eaten with a pickle. An Israeli pickle, firm and dry, not a big juicy dill or half sour type pickle. It cuts through the sweet and spiciness of the kugel perfectly.

As for weird combos, my digestive track and milk do not agree well so I used to eat my cereal with juice. My favorite was a Lucky Charms-type cereal with the dried marshmallow bits (but without the pork collagen) and OJ.

We love our eggs with ketchup or salsa, spicy Mayo. My dh makes a mean egg sandwich with bbq sauce, cheese, and hot sauce. Don’t knock it til you taste it!

We love peanut butter and pickles. I also eat mine with jalapeño cheese. and peppers and cucumbers.

Pretzels and milk is a match made in heaven. Our most popular breakfast is sunny side ups with Snyder’s Buffalo wing pretzel pieces.

My friend taught me the delights of tuna and cantaloupe. Yum.

And my aunt converted me to adding cottage cheese to Israeli salad (lettuce optional). Heaven!!!
