Any recommendations? I’d prefer to use something where I can put water and oil drops. Would be a plus if it can last at least a year or more.

I don't know what you mean by putting oil drops in.
I have a Bissell which has worked well for over four years. It was relatively inexpensive - about $80 or so from Amazon.
Steam mops are great for tile and vinyl but not for any kind of wood flooring.

Shark Professional steam pocket mop from Target. I love mine and use it almost daily for almost 2 years.

I had a steam mop and I switched to the bissel crosswave. I find it much easier to use since it sucks up all the water that the steam mop would leave on the floor.
