My friend's father, a major talmid chacham, is in a nursing facility in Williamstown, NJ, about a half hour drive from Cherry Hill. The family is looking to hire a man or bachur to spend a few hours each morning with him, putting on his tefillin, davening with him, reading aloud some Torah stories to him etc. He is unfortunately not communicative anymore, but they feel he responds positively to the presence of others. They will pay very well.

Try reaching out to wherever the rabbi in Cherry Hill is to see if he knows someone in his community to do it

How far from Brooklyn?
I know someone who may fit the job. he will need 6-7 hours a day
