Which Brass trimmed spotlight fixtures are decorators using?

I need brass trimmed spots for a basement and for above ground rooms.

How would I choose?

I see a highly rated fixture that needs to be replaced because bulb cant be replaced. Why would anyone buy these? Who wants to replace a fuxture?
