I finished reading maybe you should talk to someone and I absolutely loved the book. It was light, entertaining and helped me take a good look inside of myself (and even inspired me to start therapy)
Any recommendations of similar style books? No novels please.

Following! That was such a great book!
I also read a book called Normal by Magda Newman which was also a great book. Very different but also based on a true story and very poignant and thought provoking.

Who is the author?
I only see one about a serial killer.

I LOVED Maybe You Should Talk to Someone, did NOT love Group. OP just so you know there's a lot (a LOT) of cursing (I'm sure MYSTTS had some too, but I don't think at all on the same level) and a lot of really TMI s-x stuff. And I just didn't really feel like I gained anything from it or had any revelations. Could be different for you but just putting that out there!

Thanks for the heads up - I already ordered it so I guess we'll see.... But it's good to know that I shouldn't leave it laying around. Thanks!

Finally got around to reading group and really enjoyed it! (although as some people said above, there was plenty of inappropriate sx information.)but I actually can relate to the author a LOT and it gave me what to think about.

If anyone has any other similar book recs, I'd love if you can post!
