Dati leumi and chiloni.
Many American and French olim. In addition to the Israeli's of course.
Quite upper class I think, but cheaper than living in central Katamon, so marginally more affordable.
Very close proximity to all the shops and malls in Talpiot/ Pierre Konig, etc.
Nice playgrounds.
Right by the railway promenade.

If you post in the Israeli forum, or the Aliya forum you might get more responses.

All this. There are some affordable rentals there, but to buy is expensive. Very convenient place to live. Lots of families.

Not so much. Mostly DL. The southern end of the city (Mekor Chaim, Katamon, Gonenim, Baka, Arnona, Armon Hanatziv) is overall very DL/mixed DL& secular, other than Har Choma and Gilo (which is very mixed).

It probably leans towards the majority being DL, but still very mixed through secular. Also DL in the southern end of the city is different from DL in some other neighborhoods. It's more uncovered/partially covered hair, women in pants, etc.

I'm yeshivish/charedi and live right near mekor Chaim. PM me if you have any questions about living here as a chareidi. There's a few of us scattered around!
