That's literally top of my bucket list!! Especially the cute little penguins. But too scared to take baby/toddlers there, and we travel with our children nowadays....

Norway!
I suppose in many ways, it’s similar to Iceland (I’ve never been), but it’s truly a beautiful country. Not much Jewish infrastructure though. I went before becoming frum and it seems to be a hassle to go now.

Antarctica - sorry if that's cheating, but it's true. When we went to Iceland afterward, I was underwhelmed because it came up so short relative to Antarctica.
As for more accessible places: New Zealand, Maldives, Turks and Caicos, Alaska

I thought the Maldives are not easily accessible? Can Americans even go there?

Maldives is accessible but on the more expensive side if staying on a resort island.

I'd love to go to Antarctica one day! I've been to New Zealand and maldives, hope to go to turks at some point since the beaches look similar to maldives and easier to get to.
Alaska too one day!
