My friend wants to move near me and houses nearby are almost 900k for nice size house but nothing so fancy. Regular backyards with plenty of room for kids. She’s worried that if she buys now, the prices will drop soon and she won’t be able to resell it down the line. I don’t see it dropping but I’m not a maven. She can afford it but doesn’t want to buy in the height.
Wwyd?

I'm agreeing with going up. In general in the frum market unfortunately (or fortunately for some) once the market goes up.. Its unusual to come back down.
May not ever go up more (although I'm betting it will) but doubt it'll go down based on what's going on.
But who knows some other rediculous can happen in this world and anything is possible.
