Hello,
My 11 year old daughter weighs 145 pounds. We have tried so many doctors, alternative medicine options and it just keeps getting worse. She has a lot of swelling/water retention.
Anyone have any successful stories dealing with something like this?

Some girls just gain a lot of weight before puberty. Maybe just see if she hits a growth spurt soon?

If mainstream doctors aren’t helping you, go the functional route (not the same as alternative). Sounds like she may have endocrine issues going on.

Water Retention is concerning. Speak with your doctor about it.
