Reducing the cooking on/for Yom Tov would greatly increase my simchas Yom Tov. Any and all EASY Recipes and/or Menu suggestions would be appreciated. Bonus points if recipe is both healthy + can be prepared in advance and just reheated (or served cold/room temperature).
