Just want to point out that you should try to find a financial advisor that's a tax advisor as well, and you should do so before you go into contract or sign any binders if possible, because there are ways to structure the deal that can save you in taxes.
OMG, so get a financial advisor, good accountant and an attorney asap. Two kinds of attorneys that could be helpful is one that focuses on corporations, mergers & acquisitions. The other kind is an estate planning attorney who can work with you on your personal planning, in addition to a financial advisor (and sometimes, in lieu of). A solid accountant is 1000% a must. Round out your professional team so you have the advice you need instead of, as another ima said, a bunch of women on the internet with ideas/opinions.
