my son has a top with a white collar and its yellow cos he dribbles its been washed and dried any thing I can still do about it?

You can always try soaking overnight or longer in something like oxyclean or in an enzyme-based stain remover. No guarantee it will work, though. Heat sets stains, especially protein stains.
