Has anyone made the creamy potato bundt from lasts week family table ?
it says freezes well did anyone try it?
I always thought you cant really freeze potatoes?

Yes! It came out beautifully. I have no idea how it will defrost and reheat though. I'll let you know after yom tov, beH if I remember.

Things like potato kugel & knishes, if you put them straight into oven, DON'T DEFROST, are usually pretty good (though prob not as good as fresh - but you gotta do what works for you!)

you cant freeze raw potatoes but baked dishes freeze very well. I have mde simialr in the past and defrosted really well

I just made it today. I found the recipe on kosher.com. It’s very similar to my doughless knishes recipe, and those freeze well , so I can see how this will freeze well. It came out looking really pretty. Hope it tastes as good as it looks
