How long can a trip from BP or Flatbush to Manhattan (First avenue in the 60s) take, tomorrow, now that they expect crazy delays on the BQE?

It starts tomorrow to lessen weight on highways.
How would I get to the Brooklyn Bridge from BP or Flatbush, without using the BQE? What are alternate routes?

I had 2 GPS going.
Coming back from Manhattan, Waze directed me to get on the BQE, luckily I didnt do that. I chose to go through Flatbush Avenue. I heard the BQE was/is horrendous.
