My family enjoys a good home made ice cream after the meals, not one of the store bought where you add things to it. Looking for some new ideas Any one have a recipe to share

We like the broken up oreo type sandwich cookies in the pie crust and container of whip on top, frozen and can add whipped cream on top. Tastes exactly like real ice cream!

Sure
5 pieces white Viennese crunch
10 sandwich cookies
Crush them tog very finely I use my blender for it
Spread on cookie sheet which is lined with parchment paper
6 eggs
1cup sugar
2Tblsp vanilla sugar
1 16 oz whip
1 Tblsp coffee
1.5 Tblsp hot water
Beat egg whites with sugar add to same bowl the whip when firm spread half mixture onto the crumbs and freeze Then add the coffee diluted in water to the remaining mixture when ice cream is semi frozen spread the coffee layer on top and return to freezer when it’s semi frozen remove from freezer and roll up jelly style
