My DC was approved for services through CPSE.
How do I go about finding providers?
I feel like I finally figured out the EI system, and now we aged out, and there's a whole new system to learn.
It's the first week of school- & I don't have any providers!
DC is in a small school and I don't know if they help or if I'm supposed to find them on my own.

Please share any and all info on the process and any insights or tips.

Thank You!

(DC is eligible for SEIT, OT, PT, ST)

If you’re in Brooklyn I can share the name of the agency that helped us. They found us providers.

Did you ask the school if there are other providers for other children already coming to the school, and if so, from what agency?
and yes, where are you located?

If your child is in a regular Yeshiva you will have to find out who in the school arranges services. Contact him or her and make sure they have a copy of your child's iep or the private school equivalent (I forgot the acronym). For the first few weeks you need to call to make sure the process is continuing, services are not a priority in many of the schools. Good luck.

Ok. I figured If you're in Monsey I'll try to help you out. I just did the switch. But don't know Brooklyn. I see another poster responded that they can help you, and hopefully you get the help you need. Hatzlacha!
