I bought this in about one pound each (I guess they are steaks?) and when I searched things up it seems everywhere says to broil (Don't have that option on my oven) and to not cook more than medium rare. I do not have a meat thermometer and generally don't like pink meat (To me that means it isn't fully done). So basically I would need to cook it in the oven (some places recommend pan searing first) and to know is it possible to cook it more fully than pink?? Easiest marinade please? Is this meat used for salads? Please help.

It’s a lean cut of meat and will be pretty dry if cooked past medium. You can pan sear for a couple of min on each side and then finish in the oven. For a 1lb cooked to well done I would say sear for 2 min a side and finish in the oven for 10 min.

Finish in the oven meaning bake ? Would that be covered?
Do I need to add anything to it or as is with no sauce?
