Is there any difference between the tav yarok after healing from covid vs the tav yarok after a serological test? And would a serological test definitely show antibodies if a person had covid- or is this not always reliable?

My daughter has a tav yarok after having been found with antibodies during the government's brief campaign to test children. She was never sick, nor was anyone else in our house. Nonetheless she has the same tav yarok as dh, myself, and our older children have (from being vaccinated, not recovered).
