There are three kosher groceries in Miami on 41st stree. Kastners is one of them. I don’t remember the name of the other 2 but if you google it you’ll probably find it.
There’s Sara Tent in Aventura. And Grove in surfside area. I think it’s on 94 and Harding.

I’m sure there’s more too.

In Miami beach theres kastners, Yes market and kosher price.
Kosher price has two stores, one block away from each other. One has fresh pizza and a takeout section. But they both have groceries. All the stores are on 41st street.

OP, when you say Miami, do you mean miami beach or elsewhere?

Do you mean the Trump hotel on Collins ave?
Probably your closest grocery is on Harding. I forget what it's called. There are lots of restaurants there as well.

If you mean the Trump Hotel on 18001 Collins, it's in Sunny Isles.

The groceries listed above are in Miami Beach. According to Waze, it would take me 22 minutes to get to the Trump hotel (and I'm in Miami Beach proper). Probably a lot longer during the day.

EtA:
You'll be a lot closer to North Miami Beach and Aventura.
There's a Winn Dixie with a large kosher section, bakery and deli.
In NMB there are several groceries, including South Florida Kosher.
Maybe Imas in those areas can give you better info.

See what I added above.
Depends on the ages of your kids, but there is a very nice Science museum in Fort Lauderdale.
Also a childrens museum closer to Miami Beach.
For outdoors you can do Jungle Island, Miami Seaquarium, Alligator farm (a bit of a drive)..theres a segway place somewhere in hollywood I think. You can go Jetskiing and on a glass bottom boat.

Currently the grove in surfside is closed for construction.
You can try Sara’s tent and kosher kingdom in aventura.
It’s further from you but there are a few options, as listed above, for the 41st Miami Beach area.

Aventura will probably be a 25 minute drive or so, there's a lot of traffic to and from.

Honestly if I were you, when you get to the hotel, Google "kosher stores near me"

Based on the map, I would think the stores closest would be those in Aventura. And yes, there is tons of traffic everywhere these days. Miami is not equipped to deal with all the tourists anymore.

South Florida kosher and citrus are the two kosher stores in NMB. You will also be pretty close to haul over park where you can rent bikes, kites, and boats. The public beach is right there as well. If it's little kids, there is a small park with sprinklers called gateway park nearby.

If it’s the Trump in Sunny Isles
Closest is Turnberry/ Aventura
Kosher Kingdom- grocery, takeout- pizza
Sarah’s Tent - grocery, take-out, pizza
Winn Dixie - only Aventura location Regular supermarket with a Kosher deli

Closest Mikvah if needed is at the Safra Synagogue or Chabad North of Aventura please call to make sure you don’t need an appointment- far to walk on YT, but doable

There are a few minyanim close by ask the concierge or ask the caterer

Things to do-
Aventura mall - walk around. It has a little play are for little kids. There’s a Koy Fish pond, really fascinating. The fish are huge

Kite flying at Hallover park - not sure if it’s only on Sundays but it’s on the way to Surfside that has many kosher restaurants - right across there’s a skate board/dirt bike park where older kids do stunts- cool to watch - again not sure if it’s only Sundays

Chuck Cheese Arcade - in the same shopping center as the kosher Winn Dixie also down the block from Kosher Kingdom

Bowling at Gulfstream- there’s other things to do in Gulfstream it self as well, but mostly shopping

If you are lucky the pool might be empty since it’s mid week

There are a few nice parks walking distance from th hotel

All this info is if it’s the hotel on Sunny Isles

For kosher establishments check out KMwebsite

Make sur to bring LIGHT raincoats . It is rainy season
