I am a terrible faster and I have a little baby that only nurses. On top of that I got sick this week and am very weak. Is there anyone whom I can hire for the day(12 hours or so) to take care of my baby and just bring her to me for feedings? I don’t know how I will make it through the day!.?
My other children ages 2-7 will have to be taken care of from my bed I just don’t want to use all my energy on holding my baby

You should talk to your rav.

Ask around. I've had my cleaner come over for the day to play with the kids and feed them while I was around.
Regarding nursing, weakness and how you've been feeling, please speak to a rav for tips on how to fast. You may need some leniencies to make sure that you're doing the ratzon Hashem.

I don’t have cleaning help. I called a baby nurse agency, they might have someone for about $300 for 12 hours! I’m that desperate I may just do it!

You can try. I imagine a non-Jewish babysitter would be your best bet, if that's an option where you are.
If you can't find help, it would be a mitzva for any men in your family - eg your dh - to stay home from shul if it means making it easier for you to finish the fast. At least that's how I learned it. The fast is the d'oraita part of Yom Kippur, so a woman's need to fast takes precedence over a man being in shul.
Also, talk to your rav about when and how to start drinking in shiurim if necessary. It's always better to be prepared.

Start hydrating today. Get vitamins that have electrolyte in them. Do you use caffeine suppositories, they are excellent. Find out what vitamins can help you for feeling sick. Hatzlacha

Ask neighbors if their cleaning help might be available.

If there is no choice, your dh needs to stay home. Start drinking now- Powerade or coconut water. Rest up now.
Buy new toys for the kids. Have ready and easy food they can serve themselves.

1) ask a Rav. You may be able to eat shuiring depending on your baby’s age…..
2) I don’t know where you live or your community. Do you or any of your friends teach in a public HS? Often the school is closed and you can hire a non-Jewish 16 year old for $10/hour. At their recommendation (a math teacher always knows who the responsible kids are. You are home so it’s not like she is going to show them YouTube videos and make your kitchen non-kosher.
